Decent shellac manicure. Not sublime but ok. Staff polite but not going the extra mile for me (for instance, I was asked not to bring the shellac colour samples near a window, as apparently the samples are delicate. But I couldn't see the colours properly in the dark room...)

Made it all the way there and get told they don't do the bio sculpture service I had booked. Wasn't apologetic at all.
