What an experience! Hai who looked after me, left me with a flawless mani & pedi - no mean feat when you consider I decided to go for red, that most tricky of colours! The manager made sure everyone was taken care of & made the experience extra-special. Already looking forward to going back!

I had a deluxe pedi and manicure booked which was very poorly done. The nail varnish was old and didn't even last a day on my nails, not much of a manicure either, this was an express manicure as you'd have with gel polish. The pedicure wasn't "deluxe" at all, no scrub, no mask, no massage (applying lotion is NOT a massage). My skin around my toenails were buffed so hard that I still have scabs on my toes. I'll never go back not even if it was free!

It was a very awkward experience. I did book (and paid) through Treatwell app infill gel nails. I ended up needing the full set but they didn't want to off-set the price paid and had to paid nail by nail.
Worst part was I got told with very bad manners this in front of many customers. I got shouted by a man in his 40's "it is your mistake".
Conclusion, no more bookings through Treatwell lack of flexibility after booking and stay away from USA Star Nails for it's poor customer service. Shame
