I got my acrylics removed and got a manicure. The process didn't actually remove acrylics properly and the actual manicure wasn't neat as the nail polish wasn't applied evenly and my nails cut/filed straight as well.

This couldn't have been a worse experience. I arrived on time, but wasn't seen for 45 mins. I was offered a drink by the manager and even after waiting all the time I did I did not receive it. When I did have the treatment, it was painful and took two or three tries to the point where my eyes were red and raw. The result was also terrible - the lashes are wonky and too low to the point where they obstruct my vision. I couldn't wait to leave.
