When I entered I was met with blank faces and ignored until I individually addressed a member of staff despite a very empty nail salon, I live locally and would have happily made this place my local nail salon but this branch of USA nails is extremely poor, I had to make a compromise with my manicure as it was clear to me the team were unable to create overlay nail extensions using a former, the manicure I received was the bare minimum, wonky filed nails and a paint job that is chipping day 3
