I had a gel manicure and pedicure which was not done properly and I had to go back to have some nails re-done. The staff on an individual basis seem to be pleasant and knowledgeable but some behave in a more professional manner than others. There was a lot and quite lound interaction among the staff in a foreig language and they seemed overwhelmed and rushed. I was asking one of the staff for some information when we were abruptly interrupted by another staff that shouted that the person should stop talking and get on to the next gel manicure!! This is not my first visit to this nail bar and in the past I have had much better experiences. I also observed that the thr towels at the pedicure bars were not being changed.
