The staff there is super lovely and friendly. I wasn’t too sure about the colours but they told me to take my time and not stress even though I was late to begin with. Even when I called to say I’m running late they didn’t mind and weren’t annoyed or anything. My nail technician was so nice I could have chit chatted away all day with her. I had to pay extra for choosing extra colours, which is fine. but I had no cash to pay. They directed me to the nearest cashpoint and even trusted me to come back and pay as I could have technically just left. Very lovely cute store and I will be definitely returning.

It can be a bit hit and miss, always get a quick and efficient service though so cant complain. Staff are nice and pleasant.
They don't always use the hot wax even when you pay for it and the place could do with some sprucing up downstairs.
Always great when you are in a rush though.
