It can be a bit hit and miss, always get a quick and efficient service though so cant complain. Staff are nice and pleasant. They don't always use the hot wax even when you pay for it and the place could do with some sprucing up downstairs. Always great when you are in a rush though.

Nice venue - disappointed they have raised their prices without an increase in service. Salon could use a facelift which the increase rates could go towards,
