I have been to this place twice. So far I see almost all staff speak a different language between themselves, which I find rude. They should either speak in English or not to speak at all. Some of the staff members are abrupt, not friendly and no smile on their faces. Tips are forced on customer, which is wrong and is not a culture in the U.K. I don’t like it when the manager call the staff to stand next to them, while customers pay so that they give them tips. I paid for deluxe pedicure but saw no difference between the delux and normal pedicure that I normally have.
