For the first time I had a terrible experience. Firstly the lady doing my nails changed half way through without letting me know. Then my bag was put on the floor when I went to the bathroom. I do not appreciate my bag being on the floor. Also my nails were done so badly they won’t last a week. I was disappointed. The management on staff has derailed. Also I do not appreciate the staff talking amongst themselves in their language that is not professional. My nails have never looked so bad.

Very good job, was annoyed that two colours would cost me an extra five pounds though as I've never experienced that at another salon before.
