Visited the salon today for a pedicure. I have visited quite a few times earlier and have had s good pedicure but it wasn't the same today. I felt the procure treatment was rushed they and finished in 20 minutes which was suppose to be a 45 minute treatment. The lady attending was elderly and we wanting to hurry up. Did not speak feet for enough time, did not scroll well- just spread the scrub . Literally just spread the cream on the legs and did not massage at all. Feet want exfoliated. However the nails were cut cleaned and polished well.

The experience was so much better than the branch in Kilburn. Very friendly staff, clean premises and great location.
Only downside is that they do not have options on this platform for shellac finish or single nail repairs. I usually do not carry cash on me and not being able to pay for those on the app is inconvinient.

Good choice of colours, lovely massage chair, attentive staff offering green tea, coffee etc. Good comprehensive treatment - my feet feel like new!
