I have been here several times and usually it is very organised and I have a great experience. However when I arrived for this appointment myself and another lady were told that no one was available and that they were closing soon even though we had both booked ahead for that time. After 10 mins of not being offered a solution, I volunteered to rearrange for another day. When I eventually had my manicure I was very happy with it which is why I’ve still rated it 4 stars.
