Where do I begin?
The shellac on my hands was appalling. I had my nails done on Friday evening after work - my thumb chipped on Saturday afternoon. No basic cuticle work was done, very rough and uneven file, the shellac is uneven, messy, patchy and not done properly at all.
I had my toenails painted - was okay, nothing special. The guy who did it cut my big toe nails down far to short and now they are painful.
My eyebrows. I had booked in for a wax, but the lady told me that she wouldn't be able to get as good lines with wax as threading, and wouldn't let up when I said I wanted waxing - I ended up giving in and getting threading done. My eyebrows are uneven due to a scar so will never be even, but she has taken too much off the right one and not enough of the left also the middle is uneven.
I felt rushed the entire time I was there. The staff who did my treatments were rude and unhelpful and I could tell they just wanted to get me out of there.
I was going to go back in and get my nail fixed but I don't really want them anywhere near me.
The only reason why I can't leave 1 star for everything is that Treatwell think that I've not rated when I just leave 1 star.
Definitely won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending.
