It's a shame they have changed their staff again. I've been coming here for waxing for over 1 year and this is my third beautician. The previous one was excellent, and I'm afraid the current beautician is not up to scratch. I was in a great deal of pain, for over 30 minutes, the technique was wrong, she was pulling at my hair in all different ways.. just not good. I'm sad to say you have lost a loyal customer.

Normally I’m really happy with my pedicure at this salon. On this occasion service could have been more attentive.
