Worst set of nails I've had from this place. Usually very good but they are not straight or the same size, the nail polish application is appauling. Tried to explain to the nail lady and she was very dismissive, don't think I'll be going back anytime soon!! Bring back the old girls!!!

Great place and plenty of colours to choose so go early as there is loads, the staff are very friendly and even helped me find the colours I wanted, the place is very clean once there I was asked a few times if I wanted tea, coffee or green tea which was nice will definitely be coming back a gem in Hampstead.

It was good and the staff was polite. I’ve been going there for 3 months now and would recommend. It’s just such a shame that the nail vanish comes off quick or the nails break so quickly
