The wax was very thorough and very good value. Beautician was lovely and made sure i was comfortable, warm etc etc. The man on reception was quite rude on arrival (to both me and the staff!) which was a shame. The room could do with a spruce too.

overall i generally have a very good experience at this location. my only complaint is that i waited 20 minutes after the start of my appointment before seeing a manicurist. i usually have to wait at least 10 minutes before someone does my nails. also, others were offered a drink by the manager and i wasn't. i still recommend this place and will return but do keep in mind that wait is often the case.
