Deeply disappointed by my botched Acrylic set by a new male member of staff. He cut my hand with the machine and did not apologise for give me tissue to clean the blood. My deluxe pedicure was interrupted half way through to change from a female nail therapist to this new male. He done a dreadful second half I did not enjoy the experience and left with both hands and feet paint smudged and ruined! Complete waste of time. Showed the manager/owner and insult on top of injury was told “next time he look after me” after spending over 3 hours there I expected a bit more empathy instead of shrugging me off! Complete waste of £55 pounds.
