Terrible experience. The guys who did my nails messed them up and a lovely lady had to step in. Iv never had such a bad shellac manicure before and the manager was there and didn’t even give me a discount or agree to any future discount as he said the lady fixed them. This was after 35 mins of a terrible manicure, she then did another 2 coats which seemed to have made it a-bit smoother. Really not happy won’t be doing my nails there again nor was I happy with the manager.

Waited 30 minutes for first treatment because one of massage chairs wasn’t working (for pedi) and they were short-staffed. Then was asked to pay an additional £5 to have my shellac nail polish removed (they didn’t include it in the price of a manicure), so overall I did not find this good value.
