I am a regular customer but did not have a good experience last time I can for a shellac manicure. Firstly, was made to wait 30mins for my appointment which is unacceptable! The actual manicure turned out streaky and looked horrible as they refused to apply a third coat

Terrible experience. The guys who did my nails messed them up and a lovely lady had to step in. Iv never had such a bad shellac manicure before and the manager was there and didn’t even give me a discount or agree to any future discount as he said the lady fixed them. This was after 35 mins of a terrible manicure, she then did another 2 coats which seemed to have made it a-bit smoother. Really not happy won’t be doing my nails there again nor was I happy with the manager.
