Wax was fine and have seen this therapist before; very thorough and sweet! Admin at USA Stars is not great though; I booked my appointment and then I had a phone call the next day asking if I could come in later because it was “better”. I came in at the later time, and was told I was late! So not impressed with the general place but the person I saw for the wax was fine.
