I had booked an appointment for a Hollywood was, and apart for having waited half an hour or so extra, the overall experience was good ! The man at the reception offered me a glass of water, and the lady that waxed me was very kind, professional and thorough! So much so that I generously tipped her at the end! Would recommend.
