I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted and offered a drink, but 15 minutes after my appointment should have started I was still waiting (and with no drink). Only when I went and asked, did the man who runs the desk told me it would be soon; I don't mind waiting but I would have appreciated being told. The lady who did the treatment was lovely and very friendly. I would happily recommend her for a wax treatment.
