Despite booking a time, I waited for about an hour for someone to start working on me. The result was very nice and will continue coming to this salon, but the bookings and waiting game they need to improve.

My shellac manicure & pedicure were very good. This salon really has to work on timekeeping as they were 45minutes late starting on me and while I was there, many people complained about how much they were running behind.
