Firstly the technician did not ask which shape I wanted or if I wanted my nails cut or filed. Second there was no exfoliating before the lotion massage. And finally the technician did not scoop underneath my nails. Those bits aside I still have a lovely mani pedi and great service at this salon.

The shellac pedicure was good as always but the hands French polish was not great. Staff as always really warm and lovely.
