I have booked the Deluxe pedicure and a manicure treatment. When my pedicure only lasted about 12 minutes and I was not given a massage or applied any cream (as opposed to a person sitting next to me) I asked the person who greeted me in the beginning and he quickly realized that and said I’ll be given a massage after my manicure.
When I sat for the manicure, I already had the shape so there was not much for the technician to do, so he almost wanted to proceed to the colour. This was a surprise for me so I had to tell him about the cuticle and all the dead skin removal, which he then did but not really properly.
In general it felt like I just got a person who was either in training or just started his apprenticeship, so wasn’t doing things confidently and had less experience than others as I remember visiting salon for the first time about a year ago and being more satisfied than last Monday..
p.s. separate thanks for the massage I was given by a pleasant lady afterwards.

Not the cleanest waxing room and also wasn’t very bright but therapist was good and the price was great. Pedicure was very good.
