Would quite literally describe this experience as the most unprofessional and painful nail experience I’d had to date it has in fact traumatised me for life! Anyone who’s seen my nails has agreed they are horrendous and is shocked I agreed to pay and said I shouldn’t of especially the price I had paid. £25 for acrylic nails that are put on wonky and totally uneven none of my fingers match at all the paint is all bubbly and also the experience in general half way through she realised she was using the wrong liquid so then peeled of the acrylics she’d glued on with a plier like tool to restart again which meant going through the whole nail filing process all over again and this woman was such a vigorous and horrid filer she had made my fingers bleed already whilst filing to hard, she also tore out my cuticles with a plier type tool which has left thin cuts under the majority of my nails if I could upload a picture I would! Also the appointment I booked with Treatwell was supposed to be a full set acrylics hands and toes the woman doing my toes only used one acrylic on one toe and cut it so short none of them match in length and even though I hadn’t got the full set I’d booked in for and had to go through having my nails re done as the lady had done them wrong was not offered a discounted price. Also half way through getting my nails done the woman got up and left and picked up my stuff and moved it to another table where I was given to someone else and had to waddle over with my toes just painted and still wet. The whole experience was totally unprofessional and extremely painful and has actually put me of ever getting my nails done and I have got them done my whole teenage years in the little £10 booths in tooting yet never experienced anything as horrendous as this.
