Appointment was on time and greeted very politely by staff. They are lovely and courteous. Only my 2nd visit but it will be my future nail salon of choice even though I have to travel by Tube to it. It is so convenient, diagonal to Hampstead Tube station, so it's very easy access. Tila did my nails and they were and are absolutely perfect! I think the products are also very good as the last Shellac lasted a long time - that was OPI and this one is an USA make which also seemed to go on really well. My sister said my nails look false! So it must be good. Highly recommended.
