The lady who performed my treatment was wonderful but the overall ambience of the place was poor. I wasn’t offered a warm welcome, a drink or anything. I was instructed to wash my hands but not told where. The place isn’t particularly clean or well kept. The whole experience was quite lacking to be honest. I won’t be returning.

This was my first time at this location, and overall it was very convenient with good service. They seemed to be running a bit behind, and so I was waiting for about 15 minutes past my appointment time; and during that time walk-ins without appointments were being accepted (albeit for different types of service). Understanding there can be delays, it would have been helpful if the staff/reception could have been a bit more proactive in letting me know how long they expected the additional wait to be.

manicure was ok but nails weren't evenly filed & shaped. And it was rushed at the end as no last top coat was used to wipe off and give that extra shine. a bit more attention to detail wouldn't go amiss.
