when I arrived at the venue I had to wait a while before someone noticed I was there. After checking me in there was no real direction on where to wait so i sat down where i assumed was a waiting area. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very pleasant and did a fantastic job. That unfortunately is where the praise ends. My Gel infil was a disaster from start to finish. The first lady who started my nails did a horrendous job. I had gel on my skin, it was bulky and uneven, just awful. I politely requested a familiar name i had seen in some of the reviews, however I got someone else who at first appeared to know what she was doing so I was reassured a little bit. However what ensued was a butchering of my cuticles, numerous cuts that left my fingers sore and bleeding. I left feeling down and in pain. I hated the nails but refused to let another person rectify it as my fingers were so sore. It has taken 3 days for me to be able to run my hands under water without flinching due to the cuts on my cuticles.I will stick to my previous nail salon even if the cost is more. you certainly get what you pay for. Never again!!

I had an amazing pedicure lasting 90 mins , including soaking , scrubs , foot & lower leg massage, hard skin removal , moisturising treatments. Felt like I had new feet when I left !

I booked in for a gel manicure. The lady who did my manicure was very professional and tidy, and gave me a lovely hand massage afterwards! Can't wait to come back.
