Salon was lovely, nails look good but one did chip within 3 days which is a little unusual for gel.

Man that did my nails was rude and aggressive. He didn’t let them dry before adding the next coats and when I asked he got angry with me. Nails didn’t last long

I was really disappointed with my visit! I've been to this salon many times over the years and had a good experience and recommended to friends. This time however was awful first I picked 3 nail colours that I wanted for new year and they said they were a mix of two colours and its better to pick to one colour. I then picked one colour and the therapist said that the colour won't look like this and she could try but its at my risk and won't be able to change it! I then settled for the colour I always have to my disappointment. The therapist then shouted at me over and over to stop touching my face which to be honest I found very rude! I then asked her why and she explained but this could of been handled in a much nicer way. When I came to pay the therapist charged me £22.50 for take off and shellac and then the manager said no this is treatwell so is £30. An explained it's cheaper to book with us direct and gave me a loyalty card which I've never been offered before! This was the icing on the cake and I was so angry at this point I just wanted to leave! I don't think I will return.
