The treatment was nice, as always, although it took a bit of effort to get the right nail polish, not because I couldn't decide but simply b/c someone had put a wrong number on the bottle I had asked for and I had to convince both staff members I was talking to that the colour I wanted (and have had before) was very different to what was in the bottle. In the end, a new bottle was brought from storage and voila, that was MY colour:)
Also, the general atmosphere in the salon is SO MUCH NICER since the old manager left.

Never had a bad experience here. Sometimes better sometimes less, this time the girl was new, overall it was okay, but manicure old stuff done better.

Strip wax used first and I don’t think it was hot enough.
Hot wax used and good end result but some instances where the wax was pulled when it wasn’t ready which resulted in lots of little bits remaining and extra pulling.
