This is my second time at the salon for shellac. The first time was ok, the treatment is fast but that’s because it is rushed. However the result was fine and lasted well. However this time the experience was not good at all. 1. Be careful, they don’t use fresh nail files/ tools! So unhygienic! 2. The shellac removal was rushed and not done properly which has damaged my nails as they didn’t soak long enough. 3. The shellac revarnish was rushed, uneven and lumpy. My nail shape are totally uneven too. Last time my technician was better but I am disappointed, left with rubbish nails and would not go again. Will need to go elsewhere to have the manicure redone.
