The receptionist asked me why I’d booked through Treatwell and told me abruptly not to book through them again and to bring cash next time. It’s unclear as to why they are on Treatwell if they don’t want people to book through Treatwell. Also, if they want people to pay directly at the salon they should accept more than just cash only payments
The waxing room is untidy and unclean
Towel on the bed in the waxing room isn’t changed between appointments
The therapist is very unfriendly
