If you're looking for a zen-like spa experience, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, good nail job, this is great. My shellac manicures last 4+ weeks. Pedicures are good too. If you're in a rush or scare on time, this isn't going to be right for you. Appointments rarely start on time and drop-ins on a Saturday wait c.30 mins. But clearly people keep coming for a reason.

Although I had to insist on what I wanted my nails look fantastic! My overall experience was good although I was a little put out by a member of staffs attitude to another customers inquiry!
