The salon was very busy and clearly popular but still a nice relaxing experience to be sat in the massage chair. The only downside is that you have to get up mid way though to pick your nail colour rather than having the selection wheels brought to you, had I have known I would have picked before.

If you're looking for a zen-like spa experience, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, good nail job, this is great. My shellac manicures last 4+ weeks. Pedicures are good too. If you're in a rush or scare on time, this isn't going to be right for you. Appointments rarely start on time and drop-ins on a Saturday wait c.30 mins. But clearly people keep coming for a reason.
