Unfortunately I had to ask to have the pedicure chair cleaned as it had dirty water in the bowl from the previous appointment and had to tell the pedicurist to stop being so rough about 5 or 6 times. Additionally I had to remind him to remove a wet cold towel from my legs which was very uncomfortable. There was also a dirty old washing machine which looked to be broken and had been unplugged and left in the middle of the salon. Overall not the experience I was hoping for. Fortunately I had a voucher so didn't pay full price.
