I went to get my nails refilled but the lady told me I needed to get them off and get a new set. I have wanted to give my nails a break lately and this was the perfect opportunity seeing as they had to be removed.
I asked her could we perhaps just remove them and have a manicure instead with no nail polish.
She proceeded to use a spare nail extension tip to rip my existing gel nails off leaving the raw and sore.
The manicure then took a max of ten mins as she roughly filed my nails and rub a tiny bit of cream into my hand.
I would generally consider 16 pounds for a removal and manicure good value but what I received most definitely doesn't even warrant a correct removal procedure or manicure.

The girl did a great job on my nails, I was very pleased with them. Ambience wasn't great as it was the middle of the day on a Wednesday, but the staff were accommodating and offered me a coffee.
