Very good shellac manicure but had to wait 30mins for my appointment as all of the staff were busy with people who had walk in appointments

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had! First, the lady asked me if I wanted square shape, I said no, I wanted round, and even showed it what round looks like, as I wasn't sure if she understood me. When she finished filing, my toes were all irregular shape with one or two random angles per toe! I think even if I tried very hard I wouldn't be able to make them look that ugly! I almost started crying when I saw it and to be honest if I haven't paid upfront I would have just left. The lady tried correcting it but she couldn't grasp that round means no angles, so there wasn't much of a change. In the end I had to take the file and file them myself! Also, they use very coarse files which are meant for artificial nails, so they are quite damaging to real nails/toes. To top it up, I told her what color I chose, she came back with a different color and started applying it straight away, so that I didn't even have a chance to say anything! The quality of the application was also something! If the color maybe wasn't too bad (by then I didn't have high expectations anyway), then the base coat and the top coat was all over my toes on the skin! I guess this is what you get when you don't pay much, I will certainly never go there again! Very disappointing!
