Was seen before appointment time - unusual as can be late, knew exactly which colour I required and my manicure is lovely - very well done as usual - last time on several nails the whole varnish lifted, hopefully won't happen this time.

Very happy with my nails. The only bad thing is that it was busy so I had to wait a while in between my acrylics and pedicure which meant I was there for a lot longer than I was meant to be.

Really happy with my nails, such great value for money! My appointment was delayed somewhat by stopping and starting, making the process take a lot longer than expected, however this was due to some shortness of staff and they were otherwise efficient!
