Love USA Nails, still the best place to get shellac!

I come to USA star nails and every time and usually they are perfect. However, this time was an exception and I'm really unhappy with the finished result. The girl who did my nails seemed really uninterested I'm being there and consequently the gel she did for me is uneven and bumpy and all my nails are different shapes. As I needed to leave I didn't complain there and then as I didn't have time for anything to be done and I had paid already via the treatwell app. Overall I'm very disappointed.

Quite rushed, staff are completely not bothered at all about customers. Acrylics are ok, nothing fantastic but they're not terrible. I wouldn't visit again but 3 stars because they know how to paint nails which is great

Had to wait for around 15 mins for my appointment but the nails came out really well and the lady doing them took her time to make sure they were done properly.
