Good manicure but new staff far less organised than on previous visits, started to give me the wrong manicure and cut off all my nails thinking I was getting extensions before I could get a word in edgeways to say I was just having shellac. Manicurist walked away at the end after saying we were done then 5 mins later chased me down the street to check I had paid on the app- this used to always be done at the start and I’d assumed they could see it on their system as with other salons I’ve attended for treatwell bookings.

Loved my mani and pedi here. Good quality products and friendly and professional staff. Only downside for me is that it was quite busy but I guess that's because it's good value! I'd recommend booking ahead as people who hadn't were waiting for half an hour or so to be seen.
