Good manicure but new staff far less organised than on previous visits, started to give me the wrong manicure and cut off all my nails thinking I was getting extensions before I could get a word in edgeways to say I was just having shellac. Manicurist walked away at the end after saying we were done then 5 mins later chased me down the street to check I had paid on the app- this used to always be done at the start and I’d assumed they could see it on their system as with other salons I’ve attended for treatwell bookings.
