Went in for shellac removal. They kept speaking to each other over myself and other clients. I walked out with shellac still on my nails in places and damaged nails. Then they also tried to charge me £8 when I had booked online for £5. Wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I be back.

I had an acrylic removal and manicure. The manicure chipped within an hour of leaving the salon and was “bubbly” - as if the polish was bad or old - so terrible manicure all in all. The shape was also uneven.
