Nice staff but gel manicure lasted less than a week

Even though I had an appointment booked, no one greeted me or made an effort to start my appointment on time meaning it was running 25mins late.
The table where my nails were getting done was unclean from the previous client and the lady who did my nails was rushed and wasn't very friendly. The manager was friendly and polite though.
I have had good experiences here in the past but this time my nails unfortunately started chipping after only a few days.

The lady did an amazing job at my nails and toenails, looking so nice for my holiday. It was quiet busy in the venue so it’s good to book. The massage chair when I had the pedicure was nice too
