I am a regular customer at USA Star nails and I am so impressed every time. All of the staff are lovely, the value for money is fantastic and they have a great range of colours to choose from. My shellac always lasts 2 weeks and is very high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am a regular, and I was quite disappointed this time - unfortunately, after 1 day of having my shellac one chipped and another was peeling so I got them re-done without charge but then a day later the same nail that had been re done has peeled off so I am really disappointed because the rest of the nails are fine but I can tell they won't last long as the edges of them are starting to peel again...

This place is a hit or miss especially if you are particular about your nails which unfortunately I am... I do come here a lot for my pedicures as the price is very good. Yesterday I had a shellac pedi, but one thing I’ve noticed is all technicians have a different way of doing a pedicure. Which is fine however I do expect all staff to cover specific bases when completing a pedicure that is being paid for. My nails were cut down without my approval, they were filed and shaped without being asked of the style I want nor did they confirm if it was ok with the first nail (if you have pedis often you will understand this), also I was not given a foot massage with the scrub or at the end of my pedi which usually does happen. Finally no moisturiser was applied to my dry skin after sitting in a bowl of water for over 60 minutes. The service yesterday was very disappointing, they do take on too much than they can handle, maybe would be nice to take on fewer bookings and give a top notch service to customers.
Although I am not happy with my nail shape or length I am happy with my colour choice and so far the shellac has not chipped which is surprising as the lady did not cure each layer for the 60 seconds as usual she only done for around 30/40 seconds and removed the UV light. We shall see how they hold up in a few days.
This place comes with pros and cons, defo not the best nail salon out there but you do get what you pay for I guess lol
