I am really unimpressed. I booked a Shellac manicure via treatwell. Third time I have done it with this salon and I have been really happy with it previously. I arrived at the venue and the manager told me that the price was wrong and I hadn't booked a Shellac manicure, I showed him my booking which clearly said it was. He refused to do it. I left. I find this really unprofessional and dishonest as I now ha e to find a new venue at short notice for an event tomorrow.
