This place is great value for money. The end result is always good and I would always come back but the customer service is pretty lacklustre. This isn’t a place where you’ll have the staff ask you about your weekend plans (or talk to you at all further than “what colour polish?”) Sometimes I am offered a drink which is nice. I have had excellent to ok pedicures here, very hit and miss and depends on the person. This time my lady rushed through and the result wasn’t very good, I knew she hadn’t got all of the dead skin off my feet. As I sat and got my manicure done I watched the male staff members really making a huge effort with pedicures and spending at least double the time filing and buffing the feet. I will certainly be asking for them next time. Nails were good apart from one which had a piece of grit from the file embedded. Nails here are usually spot on though in all fairness.
