I had an appointment with them and still had to wait about 15 mins to be seen. I was then greeted by a lady who didn't speak any english and did not understand what I wanted. The manicurists generally do not speak any english and spend their time chatting to each other in Vietnamese while doing clients' nails. Customer service is terrible, they look like they do not want to be there half of the time. The utensils are not cleaned at all after each customer, they are just placed in a box with some banknotes (tips I assume) and used again by the next person who needs them. Complete health hazard!
