I’m sure it was just the therapist I had (as I had read good reviews before going) but I have to rate it as one of the poorest Brazilians I’ve had. She used a mix of strips and hot wax and used the oddest technique which involved going over the same area several times and I’m not completely hair free. Im also quite sore a good hour after. I’m also used to being left with a really nice, neat strip but instead have a smattering of hair in the middle so I’ll need to get my tweezers out to tidy up. I did give feedback to the lady who took payment and she did apologise and gave 10% discount but I certainly won’t be returning unfortunately...

Really happy with my mani pedi, just had quite a long wait, think they might have over subscribed themselves a bit. Really great place though and staff are really nice. The wait is why I’m giving 4 stars not 5.

I was asked only about what colour I wanted. Not the shape or anything of the nails. I said they are too long, got them shorter but the staff never checked if it was what I wanted. The length doesn’t bother me so much. However, they look extremely thick at the the tip, the beginning of the nail is way thinner and smaller in size. Also, the nails are not straight and all of them go to one side or another. They look a bit wonky honestly. You can’t tell at fist glance, but I’ll be the one looking at them for a few weeks. And to top it all up I still have gel and glue under my nails.
