I regularly use the Clapham South branch, and service has always been good or moderate, considering times when they are extremely busy. I came here on a Sunday with my booking, waited for an hour before our pedicures started. We had booked an infill and a manicure as well, and waited again to get our nails done, total time spent at the salon was a total 3.5 hours. This was quite unacceptable considering we had booked. My infill was done in rush and very badly, and I had to go back to fix this only 4 days later as my cuticles were inflamed and 2 of the acrylics started chipping, which has never happened to me before. The lady who fixed my nails did a brilliant job, however a week later my cuticles are still suffering from being extremely inflamed prior to this. Even though this was the salons mistake as nothing like this has ever happened to me within 3-4 days of getting my nails done, I was charged full price. I loved going here, but after these 2 incidents I will not be going back.

They tried to charge me more than I was quoted on Treatwell which was tedious. However, as ever the pedicure was great and has lasted ages. The overlay big toenails look real!! Amazing.

Last time I came I they were great, and just as busy, if not busier. This time the lady didn’t even talk to me about what wanted and when I asked her any questions she was very rude. My finger nails ended up looking quite good, but the lady who did my pedicure, again didn’t ask me what I wanted, did a terrible job. Took off half my toe nails removing the gel polish, left my toe nails uneven and raggedy after “filing” them, and did a very tough nail polish job. I didn’t have time to get her to correct anything because my sister was waiting for me and they started the appointment 20 minutes late.
