Always have my nail done here and this time I had a few other treatments before my holiday and spent a lot of money. My nail technician wasn’t great and was really rough but What annoyed me is that the gel powder all chipped off a week after I had it done on my holiday. The gel cracked in the sun 5 days after I had them done and my whole right hand had all the nails fall off and it looked terrible. I think I should have a refund for this or I should be able to come and get them fixed with no charge. I am a regular client who comes here every 2-3 weeks but was very disappointed with the product and the lady as she was extremely rough. She did my pedicure as well which lasted but she really hurt my pinky toe and it was bleeding everywhere when I got home. Thanks
