Lady was very nice but some of my nails were shave so far down to the skin, leaving me in agony. The rest of my nails were left with lumps of acrylics, not even completely taken off. She also didn’t bother to shape them after the removal, leaving me with bits of nail hanging off. Never had this problem before, could have done it better myself.

The room you have your wax in is very basic. You have to undress in front of the woman doing the wax. The lady got wax all over my legs whilst reaching over to my bikini line and it was incredibly painful when she tried to get it off (I had to ask her to do this, she was just going to leave it like that!). My bikini line itself is red and flakey due to the wax being too hot and I still have lots of patches of hair - not sure if she needs glasses or if she just couldn’t be bothered to do a thorough job. I get my nails done here and they are wonderful but I wouldn’t recommend a wax. I went on holiday the day after and it is far from ideal.
